Xbox DVD Drive Question
#1
Right for a couple of my disks (data iso dvds all dvd-r) dont play on xbmc they just crash as soon as you pick a video and try to play it.
Most of my other data iso dvds work fine.
Is this a problem with my DVD Drive or XBMC?
If it's a problem with my DVD drive does anyone know what i could do to make them work or what to do with XBMC to make them work?
Thx in Advance!

(Sorry if this as been answered somewhere else)

Well I'm Using Ritek GO5 Disk
(Only Use GO4 and GO5)
My XBMC is preety old i think
I have had it over 9 Months and it was best one out then.
So would a newer XBMC solve the problem?

You can install any normal pc reader drive to an xbox, but the copy protection for the official games was built into the firmware of the official xbox drives. You will not be able to decrypt xbox games from official disks at all, but the rest will work fine.

I can only assume that downloaded versions are decrypted so won't matter, but some may require DL media ; )
