Hey guys and gals.

Completely new to the Kodi. I bought a xmbc box with android kodi on it. I seem to be having some issues, normally when I go into my Kodi it just has a black screen and shoots me back to the dashboard, if I clear the cache it will let me back onto Kodi but will freeze in the menus.
It also completely wipes itself after every use like its never been used before, so all my shortcuts are deleted.

Can anyone assist?
