Ok - thx for info, i will try this!

but I can see a huge difference (even it isnt that accurate!)
Jarvis => around 30 or even lower
Isengard => around 90

I think in Jarvis you just disable RSS feed whereas in Isengard it is on. RSS causes update the GUI very frequently.

'OK Guys - yesterday recovered an update with win 8.1.
What shall I say it is even worse!
HZ droppin below 25!
So it isnt a HD2000 / Driver issue!

Additionally 4k files run very bad on Win 8.1 whereas on Win 10 no problem!

Check the vid and you even see the RSS FEED Scrolling lags.

Try to add to advancedsettings.xml

Ok - I tried but no change at all....
I think I will have to try with the HD5450 Graphics card and see what happens
