i have problem to start the laptop it shows {#an operating system was not found. try disconnecting any drives that don't contain an operating system.
press ctrl+alt+del to restart.}

Nothing to do with Kodi, so moved to the Off Topic section.

If I had to guess, I'd say your boot hard drive has died and so the machine can't find any accessible OS, as the error message tells you.
