I'd really like to see an option to reduce the size of the Home Menu. Maybe to half the current size. Seems to take up an awful lot of real estate.

you can remove items from the home menu if you like.
it's configurable in skin settings.

Yeah, I understand. I'd like to reduce the size of the menu panel -- make the buttons smaller.
