i need help... installed new kodi 17 and it will not launch. am I missing something?

Try this Go to %AppData%\Kodi\userdata\Database in the Explorer and delete Addons27.db

First time user (wiki)Artwork (wiki)Releases (wiki)Databases (wiki)Log file/Advanced (wiki)
Caution: add-ons you install
