There's this Nepali TV service called "NetTV": https://webtv.nettv.com.np/livetv where we can watch IPTV channels after logging in. As News channels are free-to-air in the country, a simple Google account login works for the channels. So I guess, given how the site works, I don't think it would be illegal to make it into an addon (since those channels are free!)
I tried it myself a lot of times but I couldn't get any success with it. So I was hoping someone here could help me.
