how to "unstrech" everything on an ultrawide (21:9) monitor ?
#1
Hello !

I'm new to Kodi, so i'm still discovering things, i'm sorry if i ask stupid question, i've been looking for answers since last week, I gave up and came here to ask (I've already search the forum of course) :

I have a 3440*1440p monitor and am using kodi on it with jellyfin. The default skin, estuary, handle quite well 21:9 resolution, but because I don't like that much the interface, and because i use jellyfin it's even more annoying.

I have tried a lot of skin, too much actually, a very few (1) handled well 21:9 but i didn't like it either, so I'm sticking with Artic Zephyr for now, and am looking for a way to "unstrech" everything.

here is what it looks like in 16:9 :

and here's what happened when i go back to my true resolution :

it basically just etend it, with the result of cropping movie's poster.

I saw some isues where it was just needed to change some value in the files, but i didn't find wich one i was suppose to modify, and believe me, i tried, so i come here as a last resort haha.

thank y'all

PS : sorry for my english
