When playing an mp3, how do I make it have my graphic, image, on the entire background? I've tried making a cover.jpg file in the folder, but it only gives a small image in the bottom left. Thanks.

It depends on the skin, but usually the big background image will be the artist fanart. Some skins also have an option to use album-specific fanart instead.
For artist fanart, you'll just need to make sure you artist info at least has a fanart image.
