Hello,

I'm using an RPI 4 with 8GB of RAM, and recently, I've been experiencing a problem with CPU usage.
When I'm playing a film (streamed from the internet), everything is okay.
However, the trouble arises when I stop playing a film. Upon returning to Kodi (Estuary), the CPU usage spikes to 100%. After about 20 seconds, the CPU usage settles down, and everything returns to normal. During these 20 seconds, Kodi is very laggy.
This issue occurs consistently every time I play a movie, regardless of its duration—whether it's two hours long or two seconds long film. 

I am using the latest version of LibreELEC-RPi4.arm-11.0.6.

Do you have any idea what might be causing this issue?

To receive meaningful assistance you will need to provide a full debug log.

If you are using the Basic Method, then ensure the following is applied...
1.Enable debugging in Settings>System Settings>Logging,
2.Restart Kodi
3.Replicate the problem.
4.Upload the log to Kodi Paste Site manually or use the Kodi Logfile Uploader. (wiki) With either method post the link to the log back here.

If you are using the Advanced Method ensure you have correctly created and applied the advancedsettings.xml file (wiki)

In both instances, you should see the word DEBUG throughout the log.
