Hi i have a Sony A80L Google TV, ive got Kodi from the app store but it freezes and crashes on me i'm using kodi nexus 20.3 which is the version on the app store, but kodi nexus has been updated to 20.4 which you can't get from the Google Play store on the tv

can someone help me as Kodi is freezing when playing films or watching live tv does anyone know when 20.4 will be available on the Google Play app store for the tv?

20.4 deployment was halted completely for Play store due to large controller issues on android that were found shortly after 20.4 release.
There will be another update eventually. If you can sideload, the nightlies have the controller issues reverted.
