I think we can translate spiff's reply as meaning we need a bit more information :-)

As a minimum we need to know what version of XBMC you use and what the error message is when you try to open the iTunes plugin. If it's not an obvious problem we'll need a debug log. See http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=42708 for details of the info we need and how to create a debug log.
