Hi,
I have the Asrock ION3D-152B, which comes with its own remote control, and the unit has an in-built IR receiver.
Under XBMCFreak Nuvoton 10.00 v2 everything worked fine but I wasn't happy with the Asrock remote, nor the range and angle of reception of the in-built IR receiver (which sits behind a front intake grill which may explain that).
So I bought the Hauppauge Media Center Remote Control Kit and installed the Xbmcfreak LiveCD 10.00 msremote v1.
This bought a 1000% improvement in the remote experience, however the Hauppauge USB IR receiver does not accept the remote power on signal, I have to point at the Asrock in-built IR reciever. Once powered on, everything is great including the power off signal.
If anyone has similar setup or knowledge of how to fix this, please advise.
Cheers!
