Is there a way to play Bluray 3D.iso on Xbmcbuntu?

Presuming you added the sources and you can see the iso. Press play?

But it doesn't display in 3D.

No it won't. Ffmpeg does not support MVC so neither does xbmc/kodi.

Without going much into it, read 3D (wiki) and then if it is what nickr said, Confirmed by a Debug Log (wiki) which makes sense, then the alternative is to convert it to the supported methods as described in 3D (wiki)
