hi can someone plz help me i had to upgrade from 16.1 becuz as soon i opened kodi i was bombed whet msg kodi dependencies not met so i did the update to 17.0 beta 5 but now i dont video or sound

Without a Debug Log no one can help you.

First decide what functions / features you expect from a system. Then decide for the hardware. Don't waste your money on crap.
