Hi, my roommates have a G-Box Q2. I was watching a movie and suddenly the picture froze up and there's a noise coming from the speakers that sounds like a DVD skipping. I don't know squat about this stuff and my roommates are gone at work and I can't get ahold of them. I need to fix this before they get home so they don't think that I broke it or something (bc I didn't). I do know that they've been having problems with it. It won't let me back out of the current screen and the box itself won't turn off. There's 3 cords behind the box. Should I unplug it and then plug it back in? Please let me know what to do. Yes, just unplug the power cable. Wait 10 seconds. Plug it back in.
