Anyone know if this is possible?

i've already scanned my entire library and pulled the fan art from a few months back but i'm now wanting to pull the 4k versions. Just rescanning seems to skip over the existing ones as they already exist.

is there any settings to force it?

You'd need to make sure that your image sizes are set to the max so it would try for 4K but I'd first warn most posters aren't going to be available in 4K.
After that you'd need to rescrape them with the force best match or manually select each one.
