I'm an idiot noob to Aplle TV2. However, to my utter amazement I managed to get the add-on working on Saturday, only to see it broken on Monday, so a big thanks to DrivingMule for the original add-on and instructions and the super-quick fix. Thanks also to various others for trying to help.
Next, for idiot noobs like me, this is an idiot guide:
First: post 404:
I use the program WinSCP to copy the files across.
Copying the http://divingmules-repo.googlecode.com/f...-0.2.3.zip bit should be easy enough for anyone - even me.
The hard bit I think for idiots like me is that we haven't really "overwritten" a file before. Copy the file at http://forum.xbmc.org/showpost.php?p=961291 to a familiar location on "the left" of WinSCP (exactly like you did in step one). Next, "on the right side" of WinSCP, navigate to the file located at private/var/stash/applications/xbmc.frappliance/frameworks/ , and which has the same name. Drag and drop the file "from the left" side on top of the file on "the right side", thereby overwriting the file "on the right" with the one from "the left".
Then use the chown instruction using Putty. I got something which looked like an error message...However, Jtv worked straight after.
*I have no real idea what all the above does and sometimes doing these things makes me wonder if me ritually sacrificing a chicken in front of my PC might work better, so do it at your own risk. However Jtv works for me and my ATV2 hasn't blown up.
Yet.

Download Zip - http://divingmules-repo.googlecode.com/f...-0.2.3.zip
ATV2 users will need an updated librtmp.
Thanks to newatv2user you can try this one - http://forum.xbmc.org/showpost.php?p=961291
The lib is located in private/var/stash/applications/xbmc.frappliance/frameworks/ - Others have reported the location to be root/applications/XBMC.frappliance/Frameworks
After replaceing the file you need to change owner "chown mobile librtmp.0.dylib"
Add-on updated to 0.2.3
Fix for changes to the Common Cache Add-on.
