I have been using the setup last night and today, all the controls seem to work just fine now. but sometimes the mouse seems to pe placed wrong so the movie isn't started, this didn't happen yesterday, but does now. cant find any system in it, seems random, still happens even after a reboot.

The automatic playback is not something that's located in then AutoHotKey script.
It's triggered through the ViaplayLauncher.exe and through code, I've noticed that it occurs sometimes.
The only reason for this is perhaps due to a timing issue. I'll have a look at it and see if I can improve it further.

I've built a new version of ViaplayLauncher.exe with improved automatic playback that should now work every time.
Also the load time, from that you login to the playback is started is reduced.
