I don't have any idea how XBMC manage the add-ons state and how it decide/detect if an add-on is broken or not and why it seems that you are the only one to have this continuous report problem. Maye you may have to ask the question to XBMC developers or XBMC repo maintainers.(2013-02-27, 18:05)Angelscry Wrote:(2013-02-27, 02:28)bluenote Wrote: I found the problem. Indeed, advanced launcher (well... XBMC file picker I guess) does not show .bat files when I scroll through \windows\system32. I assume this is some kind of (maybe) "too many files" issue. Copied the .bat files to c:\dir\ and they are found and used no problem.Hummm... strange. Could also be the Windows protection which prevent XBMC to access system folders.

Yep, just don't understand why not everyone is having this problem, if i click no to disable AL works fine so why does my xbmc keep reporting it as broken every time i turn my htpc on.

If I remember well you need create configuration files (.uae) with WinUAE indicating inside which disk images you want to use, and the system configuration. Then tell Advanced Launcher to manage this .uae configuration file instead of directly manage the disk. You could also manage state files to avoid to have at any time the launching process. Look at the WIKI page : http://www.gwenael.org/xbmc/index.php?title=WinUAE
I have Winuae running via Advanced Launcher however I am trying to figure out if there is a better way of getting games with multiple discs to work. At the moment I have to manually use F12 to add the other disks images or swap the disks. I have disk 1 scraped in Advanced Launcher. Is this the only way of doing it?
Thanks
