1. Fixed small visual bug where column headers on the
main grid were being partially obscured by the
splitter that is now below the grid.
2. VideoExplorer will no longer try to refresh movie
information after a remux if the movie file no
longer exists.
In addition, VideoExplorer will ask the user if
they want to refresh the movie list immediately
if it cannot find the selected movie anymore after
control is returned from the remux form.
3. VideoExplorer will no longer throw a path not found
exception error when attempting to load artwork or
extra artwork and discovering that the file path
of the currently selected movie no longer exists.
