Oh, the first one is very easy. Add this to the "Folder/File Name Filters" in Settings -> Movies -> General:

This is a simple replace filter: replace character before [->] with character behind [->]
Warning: It is regex, some characters must be "escaped" (like the default "dot" filter "\.[->] "
I've added this filter to the default list.
