It looks like the newest version of our addon (pvr.wmc) that will get bundled with Kodi will be 0.3.106.
So we have uploaded our actual newest version 0.3.108 to the download page. The features added to this version that aren't in the bundled version are:
1) reports the pvr disk drive status (free & total space used) to the system status page of kodi
2) for HD Homerun users that have dlna capable tuners, it allows dlna addresses to be used for channels instead of using the windows backend.
Both of these features require the 1175 version of serverwmc.
So far only the windows version is up, we'll work on getting more platforms as we find people willing to build them
