I am willing to buy NUC5I5RYH and install win 7 and stable kodi on it.

Are there any known issues about kodi on win7? (i need windows so openelec or ubintu is not an option)
I want pass through HD audio (DTS Master Audio) to my DENON receiver and IR remote to work.
I am in Canada and price is around $500, so do not want buy if there are some known issues.

Currently i have fanless CA Zotac, with windows 7 and xbmc on it.(kinda working)

Unless there is some obscure issue when trying to do something completely different, then there really isn't any issues with Kodi (14.2) on Win 7, even 15 Beta 2 is reasonably stable.
Kodi has the ability to either automatically do audio passthrough or you can manually tell Kodi what your amplifier is capable of (found manually setting gives a very slight audio performance increase, Yamaha AVR).
Kodi 15 beta 2 worked in Windows 10 Tech Preview on my NUC, graphics were rather jerky but I would put that down to premature driver support.
