No sir the point is that there's a setting in Kodi that improves the picture on my derelict 2012 TV that isn't working correctly for me. It's not like I'm the only one with a crappy ancient three-year-old TV. A lot of video apps have such controls in them, as to many actual media boxes (such as Fire TV).
