In variables.xml why did you add condition="System.HasAddon(script.duration) in every variables asking for $VAR[MovieDuration] ?
There is no need because the VAR[MovieDuration] already has this condition to handle both possibilities (script.duration enabled or not).

Hi twolaw, because in some situations I couldn't use $VAR[MovieDuration] or at least I think couldn't when I did all that which was a while ago. It's on my list because I can't get your mod duration in all views at the moment so I'll double check what I did originally and update where needed.
