There is a quick access menu in TV Shows, Movies (may be in other spots too) you press over once and you get to the menu to change settings like view type, sort, filter etc, Press over again, and you get the quicknav menu. You can jump directly to movies, tv shows, addons etc You can also customize this menu. I really like this menu. However, I put kiosk mode on so that other family members dont change stuff and get stuck on some menu or something. When you put Kiosk mode on that quicknav menu disappears.

This is what I referred to in my post as the TOP BAR, and yes, it also appears when you press the left arrow while you're in the QUIK NAV section.

If you have a SmartTV and can visit Netflix from there, you'll see that they have an "Arrayed Kodiflix" view of all their content.
The first line is "Top Picks", (you then navigate to the right thru the content with your remote)
Now, If you press the "Down Arrow", you then transition seamlessly to "Trending Now" (again a Kodiflix view)
Press down again, ... and instantly you see Ultra4K movies.
Pressing down again takes you to more "Groupings" (Favorites or Playlists, etc. on Kodi)
"Recently Added". "Continue Watching", "Dramas", "TV", "Categories" (Genres in Kodi)

This what I'd like to see, and be able to do in Kodi/Madnox ...
ie, being able to switch from one playlist/favorite/etc to another by merely pressing the "down arrow" button.
This would make it truly user-friendly, .... no more backing out of one menu, then having to navigate and select another....

to show this even better, I just did a lil video of Madnox/Kodiflix, and then Netflix, showing their "Arrayed - Kodiflix" (for lack of a better word)
it's not a very good video, low res, plus I dropped the phone half way thru lol
