Nope, no way to save different actions per skin (due in no little part to discussions in the early part of this thread - this script was never originally intended to manage the whole menu systems of skins, but this was what skinners wanted.) There is an open feature request from tomer953 (which won't land at the earliest until after the next repo push of the script) which would mean that individual skins could say that their menu's shouldn't be shared if the user switched to another skin, but right now (and dependant on tomer's request being implemented or - preferably - someone coming up with a better UX than Tomer) that's how the script works - due to the request of skinners.
Having said that, if a skin particular relies on - as your example shows - overriding an action so that it is be default 'SetFocus(302)'s, that is already do-able within the script via its extensive overrides options, but relies on the skinner recognising that is something that should be overridden by the skin and implementing it.
