I have discovered what I believe to be the bug which was introduced into 3.2.10/3.2.11 and will release an update to correct the issue in 3.2.20 - the "Arctic Zephyr: From Ashes Summer 2016 Update" which should be due out by the middle of June. It appears an "Visible" condition was removed from the refresh button which triggered the issue.
