So according to first post Q10 Pro doesn't support Dolby Vision.
Is there someone with DV capable tv? If so there is demo video links contain hdr videos. 2 of them are dolby vision. Rest are in hdr10 and sdr.
They play as dolby vision on 2016 LG Oled tv. You may like check them on Q10 Pro.
The dolby vision ones plays as sdr on a tv which doesn't support dv.

You have to rename .lge to .mkv in order to play videos.
