Question for Everyone: Would you prefer the continued "Long Term Support" of the Jarvis branch (i.e. fixing bugs) which in certain circumstances takes time away from Krypton or would you prefer all effort diverted to Krypton so the Alpha 1 version of this skin can be released ASAP?

Obviously you should focus on Krypton, but major bugs shouldn't be ignored Jervis until Krypton is actually released.

I updated AZ to v3.2.21, from zip, and I'm still getting regular blank wallpaper loading.

Log file is again full of errors like the ones below. (This is from my Win10 machine with Kodi, but my Android Nexus Player with SPMC has the same problem.)

I honestly wouldn't care about the fan art bug if I could just tell AZ to only show local files.

Okay, after a little light reading and seeing this issue pop up in Aeon Nox as well as on the Emby forums here: http://emby.media/community/index.php?/t...k-in-kodi/ I've come to learn that the image protocol is used as Kodi's default cache and is in fact an SQL database.

So far, the only resolution I've read in my light reading is to turn off path substitution (a function I didn't even know Kodi had by default). I will have to look into it because I can't reproduce the issue so I was hoping those few changes made would have resolved your issue.

To help single out this problem, it would be good to know if anyone else is experiencing this issue on Kodi Jarvis? It doesn't matter what platform but Windows is preferable as usually fixing the problem on Windows fixes it for everyone.

Basically, I need to know if it's just @mdh99 getting the issue or if there are others?

My log file, which is over 42,000 lines long because it's on a Pi at the moment (my Windows system is running Kodi 17) is just filled with remarks of regular syncs for metadata of new episodes as well as regular database and websocket information.

I checked OS X and the same is also true (sans the 42,000 lines).

It almost like your Kodi Cache database is corrupted or something strange is going on.

1 thing to notice is the images all have a trailing /, ie. somepath://someimage.jpg/
I *think* this happens more with SMB shares.
Or how images are being added to DB, ie. someone is not checking or terminating paths properly and adding a '/'.
Or the path you set, try removing '/' [may not be issues but as you say you set the path].
