The patch is just for Kodi and using its internal dvdplayer (videoplayer). This is for users who prefer Kodi's internal playback for everything not HD audio and not 3D ISO's.
With native player, Q5/Q10 Pro, with 1080p and 2160p 2D videos, do auto-switching fine for 23.976/24.000/25.000/29.970/30.000/60.000. For 3D ISO's, which are all 23.976, HiMedia switches to 24.000 (needs fixing via f/w).
@looun, please correct me if I got any of this incorrect.
