That depends on if the widget provider (which can be a plugin, a playlist, a library node, etc) has an option to do so, or if the skin you are using provides an option to sort widgets.
Skin Shortcuts itself doesn't provide any widgets, it just provides a way to select from a variety of sources to use as a widget. Once you have set a widget, you can examine the path that will be used for the widget to get clues as to what is actually providing it - choose to select the widget again, then go to the bottom of the list 'Custom Item', and the current path will be shown.
