I have a duplicates checker on the context menu that pops up if you right-click the main grid. The option is: "Show Duplicates Only"
You will need to make sure that you've done a load from a top level folder so that all possible dupes are on the grid when you invoke my duplicate checker.
That's the only thing I currently have that explicitly looks for dupes.
See if that finds anything for you and let me know.
Thanks
Allan
Hey, you don't happen to be able to sort by Codec do you?
I'm looking at utilising Plex with my library (as well as Kodi) and I've discovered an issue with the VC-1 codec and Plex.
I would like to search my entire library and identify all files matching that codec. Can your tool help (and if not, any suggestions?)
Thanks, I still use this for dupes, as much as I'd have originally preferred XBMC to handle it back in the day,... this did end up being a pretty viable solution for the most part.

Oh while I'm at it, there's a tool out which is coded INCREDIBLY well, very very good deep look into the contents of the videos for dupes, it's not cheap sadly but I did talk the developer into a 50% discount
It's called "Video Comparer" and if anyone out there is after a dupe checker for more than just movies - it's powerful, slow, but very powerful.
