Either the SoC is an S905 and the X is s typo, the LAN is 10/100 and the 10/100/1000 is a typo, or they have implemented the GigE lan using a USB 2.0->GigE off-SoC chip (unusual) which will be faster than the 100Mbs on-board NIC, but won't run at full GigE speeds.
AIUI the spec is clear - S905 = 1000Mbs, S905X = 100Mbs network connectivity on-chip.
