It has an option to start playback audio full screen as soon as you select a track. Since 0503 it results in playing pvr tv channels as audio.

If visualisation is disabled does the problem still occur?

With the Estaury mod skin the skipping and no sound problem stops, but when selecting a tv channel for the first time it shows oke but selecting the next it "displays" as audio and doesn't show the video.
When I press TAB afterwards both audio and video show.

Attached a youtube movie:
Starts with visualisation option on and skin option "play audio fullscreen". It should have sound at start.
Then I zap to next channel, skin sees it as audio. Pressing tab gives audio and video.
Then I disable the visualisation. Stop playing and start again.
Video and audio is oke, but next zap makes the skin still see it as audio.
Then I disable the option in the skin, stop the tv and start it again. Everything oke.

Downgrade to 0502 fixes both.
