You need to provide more details and a log, I really can't guess what is happening.... Uninstall, delete script.kcleaner folder in addons and userdata any you should be clean. Reboot Kodi and try installing again. Post log if it still fails, describe what happens when you run it. Does the service fail or when you try to run it?
