anyone here happen to have "The Mummy Returns" in their XBMC media companion library?
for some reason, this one movie is causing some kind of issue with MC and it won't write the nfo after scraping the details. when i have the title open for editing, clicking the SAVE CHANGES button simply does nothing. it doesn't lock the program up or anything, it just sits there as if i havent clicked it at all.
this is the path/file info for the movie:
E:\HD Movies II\The Mummy II - The Mummy Returns\
The.Mummy.Returns.2001.720p.HD.DVDRip.x264.mkv
The.Mummy.Returns.2001.720p.HD.DVDRip.x264.nfo <-- 0 bytes
The.Mummy.Returns.2001.720p.HD.DVDRip.x264.tbn
The.Mummy.Returns.2001.720p.HD.DVDRip.x264-fanart.jpg
it autoscans as some asian film that i don't remember the name of (due to my irregular naming convention for this particular film, no doubt), and pointing it to the correct movie seems to work fine. all the correct data is scraped and displayed correctly, but i cant save the entry
another thing i've noticed is that MC locks the nfo file so it can't be deleted, even if i exit the edit screen for the movie and open another movie. MC has to be closed if i want to delete/modify the nfo file
i've been able to duplicate this error on 2 pcs (vista 32 running MC normally, and vista 64 running MC in win2k compatibility mode), so anyone could probably recreate the error using dummy files with path/filenames above
any ideas anyone?
