Are you sure you have the developer mode enabled for the strip? I have 5 devices and all work well... (including 2 color bulbs and strip)

There are 8 possible devices. When you select i.e. 5 devices, I see 5 devices to control. I'm just testing on empty config. When I seletc 8, there are 8 bulbs.

Why don't you just delete your config file and try all over again?
