Does this also enable 10-bit 4:2:0 (or 12-bit 4:2:2) output for 2160/50 and 59.94p 10-bit HDR stuff? 

I haven't specifically checked, but it's my understanding that this build only supports YCbCr 4:2:2 chroma subsampling.
