Pass through audio is not working with DTS HD tracks. I've got an MKV file that was ripped from a Blu-ray disk and when playing the DTS D track with Kodi set to pass through all i hear is very faint audio with a crackling sound. Track plays fine if i turn off pass through setting. I can confirm that this same MKV file played fine with Kodi on my old Windows PC. Is this a limitation of running Kodi on the Shield?

Do you mean in Kodi or MrMC?  

I've had no major issues with Kodi and Dolby True HD or DTS HD MA (and I think I checked a couple of BBC titles with HRA on them) with my Shield TV.  

Will double check now.

*** EDIT : DTS HD MA from a Blu-ray folder in .m2ts is playing fine in DTS HD MA to my Denon AVR.  DTS HD MA, DTS:X and Dolby True HD (not sure if Atmos) from a UHD Blu-ray ripped to an MKV also plays fine.
