I tried and unfortunately it's the same. I also SSH'd in to look at the plugins folder and the netflix plugin is fully removed (folder and all) when I uninstall it via the suggested method. I'm thinking that perhaps this problem started when I installed 14.2 "over" 13.21 and not uninstalled it first...

In case of any error from installing 0.13.21 over 0.14.2 , try to delete the file "settings.xml" in
C:\Users\Essam\AppData\Roaming\Kodi\userdata\addon_data\plugin.video.netflix
After more testing installing 0.14.2 over 0.13.21 was OK for me, installing 0.13.21 over 0.14.2 was the reason for getting error message, solved by deleting "settings.xml" in the folder above.
But now, all of a sudden, the uninstallation works and I can get 13.21 to work again. But trying to use 14.0 or 14.2 still gets me the same error, must be something wrong with the plugin in combination with librelec or perhaps a certain combination of username/passwords!?
My reason for wanting to try the .14 release was to see if there were any improvement in video lag from 13.21. Even with the overclock settings recommended earlier I still can't get anything near smooth playback with 720p material on a RPI3.
