I think I got it fixed. I went back through each of the LAV Splitter settings. When I unchecked "Bluray (PGS) deliver only forced subtitles" the subtitles started displaying correctly. Not exactly sure WHY this fixed the problem, since the subtitle track in question is flagged as Forced
But regardless, I think my issue is fixed. I'll have to test with several other movies to confirm, but I think I'm finally on the right track. Thank you all for the help! Hopefully this info can help someone else who experiences a similar problem.
