you have to download the fork of the addon from here https://github.com/ivankokan/xbmc.plugin.video.nba and then use this to update the addon to and then it will work

Please, explain, how i can download the latest zip from here? All links are broken. The version from Kodi repository doesn't work at all, throws error when I try to run video.

if you're on the same device you'll just need to click on the link, press the green download button and download the zip. the will be saved to your device. then within kodi install from zip find the file saved on the device and that will update the addon. then should work
