I found that when I export my Amazon movies to the library, I have to go to each one and manually refresh information - then it scrapes all of the info and imports additional artwork to the folder where the strm is located. 

Yup, this method seems to work for me as well. I had been scanning the library folder for new content after I exported the item which does add them to the library, just not the additional artwork until you do the manual refresh. Works well....Cheers!
