So I installed MQ8 2.9.0, I downloaded Multi Mod, opened the ZIP file, and drag and dropped the file skin.aeonmq8 in the directory appdata/roaming/kodi/addons. Files were overwritten. I guess this is OK anyway (or do I have to delete some items in the overwritten file ?). I feel so stupid. Please help.(2021-01-28, 12:58)SirRickie Wrote: Hello. I'm a Kodi user for several years. I'm running Kodi with Estuary Mod on Wn10. As the Estuary Mod is no longer maintained, I thought it's time to switch to another skin. When I saw pictures of MQ8 multi-mod skin, it blew my socks off : that's the skin I want.Yes quite ok, but: The files of latts mod have to be copied into your folder - no installation possibel.
Just to be 100% sure that I'm on the right path, hereunder the steps I will take to install. Please confirm if these are the right steps and in the right order (installation will not be on a fresh install, but that's no problem I guess).
Or is there a tutorial video somewhere on this matter ?Is this OK ? Are there any special remarks or snakes in the grass that I should give special attention ? Tnx for reply.
- installation of Aeon MQ8 2.9.0 from the official Kodi repository
- downloading Aeon MQ8 Multi Mod
- downloading additional themes
- downloading library editor (when I click on it now, it gives me the 404 not found error. What should I do ?)
- downloading skin info service
- installing the 4 above downloaded files
- configuring the skin
