FWIW I see the same (posted above yours), and have no "banned addons" present. I am told "The crash you're experiencing is likely due to two concurrent busydialogs and not because of the 404 on the stream" yet this happens after a clean Kodi start so hence not seeing how there are "two concurrent busy dialogs" since nothing else has been invoked.
Python invoker triggers the busy dialog but queue next track also triggers another one, Kodi crashes on such situations. There's some workaround to avoid the problem on the add-on side but I haven't implemented it yet. Honestly the root cause should be fixed in Kodi itself as this is common to multiple situations. Just search for "busydialog" on the list of Kodi GitHub issues and you'll easily find multiple issues exactly like this one.
