Linux: Not possible due to DRM restrictions, maybe something that could be done with a virtual os running, but not native to linux. Blame Silverlight's DRM .. 2008 R2 SP1 add's 3d support to Virtual OS's, could get creative with RDP to a virtual OS app (think citrix metaframe app), but unlikely to be used as R2 is a server level (and pricey) os.
No thumbnails: go into the settings and change the size, close the dialog, you then can go back and pick whatever size you wanted.
OSX: should work just like playback in the browser, maybe try firefox?
Errors under 10.1 -- untested, need a full log with the plugin in debug mode (go into the plugin settings and put it in debug mode)
No changes have been made to the wrapper, it's a very basic windows form with a browser control on it.
TV Shows - if it isn't showing the episodes, put it in debug (the plugin that is) and post the log for inspection, also try turning on the auto-expand episode option in the plugin settings as it does the episodes different, post results please
