If have just made some tests with XBMC Eden beta + Advanced Launcher + PowerDVD11... Advanced Launcher START PowerDVD!!! If you look into the windows task manager you will see that a PowerDVD11.exe process have been started. Problem is that the PowerrDVD process did not get focus, and so did not go into fullscreen. It's like if PowerDVD was started into background... and this is why you return automatically into XBMC. PowerDVD is running into background.
I have started XBMC and PowerDVD independently... and they can run both simultaneously. So it is not a XBMC/PowerDVD running incompatibility.
I have also try to pass by .bat and autoit scripts to try to close XBMC then start PowerDVD or to force PowerDVD to get focus and start maximized... but with no luck. It's like if PowerDVD do not want to be focused from XBMC.... even using intermediate launchers. I'm still investigating on this.
EDIT1: Seems that the problem is not only related to XBMC : http://community.mediabrowser.tv/permali...the-window
