It requires three other addons:
plugin.video.youtube

plugin.video.vimeo

script.module.xbmcswift - Install one of the following plugins which will automatically install xbmcswift: Academic Earth, Khan Academy, Al Jazeera

We just published the plugin.video.bliptv addon.
